How You Can Help:

• Please donate non-perishable groceries. For example:
  • Tinned foods (e.g., tomatoes, lentils, beans, fruit, chickpeas)
  • Items in glass containers (e.g., tomato paste, sauces, jams, fruit)
  • Bread spreads (e.g., peanut butter, honey)
  • Hygiene products (e.g., soap, shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste)
  • Cleaning products (e.g., bleach, detergent, disinfectant)
  • Oil
  • Long life milk
  • Juice
  • Toilet paper
  • Washing powder
  • Band-aids
  • Tea
  • Coffee
  • And other similar items
• Make a monetary donation to support our cause using cash, EFTPOS, or bank transfer to the CMC account.
