- A brief report on the activities of the CMC during the 2025-26 financial year
- Report and update on the activities of the CMC during the 2025-26 financial year and adoption of the report
- Financial reports and statements for the 2025-26 financial year and adoption of reports
- Other business, including questions/feedback from participants
- A tentative date of the next AGM
- Close of Meeting
The EC encourages all CMC members to attend and actively participate in the AGM. Your involvement, feedback and continued support are essential to strengthening our organisation and guiding its future activities and initiatives.
