Assalamu Alaikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuh, dear brothers and sisters,
On behalf of the CMC Executive Committee, I sincerely thank all community members, volunteers and stallholders for your hard work, dedication and generous support. Your valuable contributions made this event truly special and successful.
We were honoured to welcome Minister Michael Pettersson, Minister Suzanne Orr, Mr James Milligan MLA, Mr Peter Cain MLA, Mr David Pocock (Independent Senator), and four officers from the Australian Federal Police (AFP). We sincerely appreciate their presence and support.
We sincerely thank our Imam, Dr Hatem Saad, for his informative presentation on Islam, and our Assistant Imam, Br Mahmodul Hassan, for his valuable assistance with the guided Mosque tours.
We also warmly thank all our visitors and guests for joining us and helping strengthen friendship, understanding and harmony within our wider Canberra community.
This success belongs to all of us and reflects our wonderful spirit of unity, cooperation and community service.
May Allah (SWT) accept everyone's sincere efforts and reward you all abundantly. Ameen.
