Assalaamu Alaikum Dear AKM Shariful,

The adjourned Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2024 of Canberra Muslim Community Inc. (CMC) has been rescheduled. The details of the meeting are as below:

Date: Saturday 16 November 2024

Time:  11:30am – 12:30pm
Venue: Gungahlin Masjid, 140 The Valley Avenue, Gungahlin, ACT 2912

Agenda items:

  1. Opening, welcome and introductory remarks   
  2. Apologies 
  3. Confirm the minutes of previous AGM (2022 — 2023) held on 18 November 2023 (motion that the minutes be confirmed and accepted with amendments if any)
  4. A brief report on the activities of the CMC during the 2023-24 financial year 
  5. Report and update on the activities of the CMC during the 2023-24 financial year and adoption of the report 
  6. Financial reports and statements for the 2023-24 financial year and adoption of reports 
  7. Other business, including questions/feedback from participants
  8. A tentative date of the next AGM 
  9. Close of Meeting 

The EC encourages all members to actively participate in the affairs of the organization and continue to support its objectives and work in the future.

Light refreshments will be provided at the AGM.
