 As you are informed that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Canberra Muslim Community for the financial year 2022-2023 has been announced as follows:

Date: Saturday 18 November 2023

Time: 10:00am – 11:00am (for agenda items 1 – 4)
Venue: Gungahlin Masjid, 140 The Valley Avenue, Gungahlin, ACT 2912

1. Confirm minutes of previous AGM (2021-2022) held on 26 November 2022. 
2. Report on the activities of the CMC during the 2022-2023 financial year.
3. Financial reports and statements for the  2022-2023  financial year.
4. Members’ business.
5. Election of the Committee Members (i.e. the new EC) to be conducted by the Election Panel.
