This program may consist of in-house and on-line training for new and second generation migrants for acquiring skills in job seeking and career progression. The training will encompass training in resume writing, job application, job interview and developing writing skills. The program also includes providing logistic support and mentoring for career development and understanding of Australian culture and values for integration into Australian society that will also contribute towards developing careers in Australia.
